The module exchange system ensures a spare module can easily be ordered for calibration at a time that suits the operational needs of the user.
How we streamline the process? Customers receive an email notification advising upcoming calibration with an online booking form and payment details. The new module exchange is immediately issued with a return postage bag for ease of returning the ‘additional ‘spare’ module. Please note any modules not returned incur a restocking fee as part of our terms and conditions.
How can we calibrate without the actual device? An alcohol breath tester is made up of several components with only the alcohol sensor needing calibration (a requirement equally applicable to wall mounted models as well as portable ones).
