Generate a Quote
We’ve enhanced our Generate a Quote page to enable direct online ordering and simplify the process for you. Below are instructions to help you navigate these new changes. If you’re accustomed to generating a quote, this functionality is now integrated into the ‘cart’ system. Instead of making a payment at checkout, you now select ‘Generate a Quote.’ Detailed instructions are provided below.

Generate a Quote
To Generate a quote you can do so at checkout by selecting Generate A Quote.
- Add products to your cart.
- Click the cart icon in the top right corner.
- Select View Cart to make changes or Checkout to proceed.
- Fill in your details as if making a purchase.
- At PAYMENT METHOD, select Generate A Quote.
- Click Place Order.
- You’ll receive an email with a payment link and an invoice as a PDF attachment.
To Process a Quote into an Order
- Open the Quote Email: Locate the email containing the quote you wish to process.
- Click the Finalise Order Link: Find and click the link to finalise the order. This will take you to the checkout page.
- Complete the Payment: Follow the instructions on the checkout page to securely complete your payment or for pre-approved clients upload a pdf version of your PO.
- Once Processed, your quote will be converted into an order, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with the order details.
- Alternatively, if you prefer not to follow an email link you can pay directly through the My Orders page:
- Scroll down to the SHOPPING category in the footer menu and click My Orders.
- If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to do so.
- From the list of pending orders, select PAY.
- Complete the checkout page.
How to View Quotes / Orders
Manage Orders and Quotes from your ORDERS account page:
- Log in: If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to do so.
- View orders and quotes: Navigate to your ORDERS account page.
- To view order details, click VIEW.
- To view a quote, click QUOTE. You can view it online or download it as a PDF.
- Manage orders: You can also VIEW or CANCEL orders using the corresponding buttons.
How do I Login?
- When you make an order, a new account will be created for the email used to make a purchase or generate a quote.
- Password setup instructions will be sent with the subject line: Your Alcolizer account has been created!
- Follow the steps in the email to set up your password. Once that has been established, you can use these details to login to your Alcolizer Technology account at any time.
I've Forgotten my Password
If you need to recover your account, follow these steps:
- Click Lost your Password: On the login screen, click the Lost your Password link located just below the LOG IN button.
- Enter your email address: Use the same email address you used to make a purchase or request a quote.
- Click RESET PASSWORD: You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
- Follow the prompts: Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set up a new password.
Note: If you don’t see the reset email in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
