Training Enrolment Form for Nationally Recognised HLTPAT010

To enrol in Nationally Recognised Training, you must complete a detailed enrolment form online available here

This is a requirement of a registered training organisation and must be completed prior to gaining access to your course.

Training Enrolment Form for All Remaining Training Courses

To ensure smooth access to all remaining training sessions (excluding HLTPAT010), please provide student details using the following online form

How Do I Access my Course?

Once you enrol in your selected course, you will receive an email from [email protected].

Open the email, click on “Create your account”

Select your preferred login method and follow the prompts to complete your account setup and create a password.

What’s my Password?

Begin by creating your account. Select your preferred login method and set a secure password.

Make sure your password meets the necessary security requirements.

What does "Popup Blocked" mean when launching my course?

When you commence your course, the system attempts to open it in a new browser window or tab. If you see a “Popup Blocked” message, it means your browser has prevented the course window from opening, usually as a security feature.

In most cases, simply clicking the “Launch Course” button again will resolve the issue. However, if it appears that the course is timing out, try pressing enter in the address bar to refresh the page – this should bring back the Launch Course button.

When Will I Receive My Certificate?

Your certificate will be emailed on the next business day after successfully completing all course components (including virtual classroom and practical assessments, if applicable) with 100% or a satisfactory result.

How Long Do I have to complete my Course?

You have 60 days from the date of enrolment to complete your training.

Why Can I Only See Training from my Previous Provider?

Log out of your previous provider account and log in using the “Create Your Account” link from the email sent by Alcolizer Technology.

How do I Receive an Extension?

Contact Alcolizer Technology Training Team by emailing [email protected] or calling 1300 789 908.

Extensions may be granted depending on your circumstances.

How Do I know if I have Completed the Course?

Once each module is marked “Satisfactory,” it means you’ve successfully finished.

You’ll receive either a notification with your certificate or instructions to schedule your virtual classroom session for practical assessment.

How do I Book the Virtual Classroom?

After achieving 100%, use the link provided on the final page of the course to book your session at a convenient date and time.

Are There any Ongoing Courses to Maintain Skillset?

We recommend enrolling in refresher courses every two years.

How Do I Receive Feedback?

Trainer feedback can be accessed through the student portal:

  1. Navigate to “Learning Plan.”

  2. Select “Online Quiz.”

  3. Attempt the quiz again.

  4. Address incorrect questions – feedback will display at the bottom of the screen.

How Many Attempts Do I Have?

You’re allowed up to three attempts for both quizzes and practical assessments.
