Instrument Warranty

Alcolizer Technology instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for two (2) years from the date of purchase. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any instrument that becomes defective within the warranty period, except where the defect results from misuse, abuse, or unauthorised servicing or modifications.

• Standard Warranty: 2 years from purchase date
• Serviced Instruments: Additional 90-day workmanship guarantee
• Replacement Parts: Covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days (whichever is longer)

Warranty Conditions

• Alcolizer Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a failure is covered by warranty.
• No obligations, expressed or implied, will be honoured except as stated in this warranty.
• Alcolizer Pty Ltd is not liable for inconvenience, loss of use, or consequential damages resulting from instrument use.
• Warranty does not apply to instruments serviced by unauthorised agencies or modified by the user.
• Warranty inspections and repairs must be sent to Alcolizer Technology Perth for assessment.
• Third-party products supplied by Alcolizer Technology are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
• Druglizer Cartridge products are guaranteed to be free from defects within the expiry date stated on packaging, provided storage and handling guidelines are followed.
