How to place an online calibration order (book a service)

Alcolizer Technology provides calibration services for Alcolizer LE5, Centurion Zero Tolerance and Druglizer LE5 Drug Tester via a patented Module Exchange Program.

Step 1 – You will receive an automated email notification

Customers will receive an automated email notification stating device serial numbers coming due for calibration. The initial notification will be sent at 28 days from expiry with a reminder at 14 days. The automated email notification will provide options for the next step.

Step 2 – Visit our website to order calibration/service OR generate a quote

Step 3 – What to include on your Purchase Order

The following information must accompany your order (either online or via phone/email):

  • Serial numbers of all devices (main module and/or sample module where applicable).
  • Instructions stating if you want 6-month or 12-month calibration period
  • Contact name
  • Contact phone number (the person who is responsible for the calibration service)
  • Email address (the person who is responsible for the calibration service)
  • Delivery address (where the exchange modules or devices are to be sent)

Please note: If we do not receive this information on your purchase order, we will be unable to process your order and it will delay despatch of your exchange module or devices.

Step 4 – Delivery Instructions

Please confirm delivery address and contact details are correct.

If multiple delivery addresses and contact details are needed for each module, then you will need to complete a separate purchase order for each delivery address.

This is to ensure that we send the correct exchange module to the right person for the correct device.

What’s next?

When your device or module is ready to be sent, you’ll receive an automatic notification via email from our logistics provider advising an inbound delivery to you.
