The KeyWatcher integrated key control and management solution provides users access to individual keys under your complete control. The 4 steps below provide an overview of just how easy the process is.
Step 1 – Check in
Sign into your Visitor Management System, complete customised safety questionnaire and compliance check.
Step 2 – Complete Breath Test
Complete a successful breath test to receive a one-time code to release a key
Failed breath test?
Failed breath test or non compliant sign in results in a denied access message, no code released for the key & SMS to the supervisor.
Step 3 – Unlock Your Key
Use the one-time code to unlock your key. The nominated person or host is notified of a successful sign in. Only an approved and verified contractor will receive a one-time code via SMS to open the KeyWatcher cabinet.
Step 4 – Check out
Contractor returns key to the KeyWatcher cabinet using the same code they used to obtain it.
