
Upcoming Changes to Handheld Breathalysers
To help our customers maintain confidence in their workplace alcohol testing programs, we are providing advance notice of an important upcoming change.
From 30 June 2027, Alcolizer Technology will cease repairs and calibration services for handheld breathalysers operating under the AS 3547:1997 standard, including the HH3, HH4 and LE5.
- Customers using these instruments will need to transition to AS 3547.1:2019 instruments before this date.

- 2026 – Plan your upgrade pathway to ensure continuity of service and compliance.
- 30 June 2027 – Repairs and calibration services for HH3, HH4 and LE5 instruments cease.
- Beyond 2027 – Operate with confidence using AS 3547.1:2019 compliant instruments.
