Our Service Administration team guides you throughout your service journey, and available for all calibration enquiries, Alco-connect implementation, service schedule notifications, device service bookings and technical guidance. Committed to delivering proven, consistent, and robust solutions, we will continue to improve and innovate to provide superior drug and alcohol screening solutions.

Lost/ Sold Devices

Prior to initiating a device calibration, we verify ownership against our database records. Through this verification process, many customers have successfully retrieved their missing or stolen equipment over time. We strictly prohibit calibration services for devices not submitted by their registered owners. When ownership discrepancies arise, we directly contact the registered owner in our database to verify the device’s status. While some equipment transfers occur through sales, in cases where this hasn’t happened, we collaborate with all involved parties to facilitate the device’s return to its rightful owner, while helping the affected third party find alternative solutions for their alcohol and drug testing needs.

Should you transfer ownership of your device, please notify us via email with the new owner’s contact information to ensure our records stay current.
