A Queensland mining contractor has been fined $32,500 after its director falsified medical assessment and drug screening reports for two coal mine workers. The investigation by Resources Safety and Health Queensland (RSHQ) found the company failed to arrange proper health assessments, breaching its obligations under the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999.
