We provide calibration services for our Alcolizer LE5, Centurion Quantum, Centurion Zero and Druglizer LE5 through our patented Module Exchange Program – designed to keep your devices compliant and performing at their best with minimal downtime.

How It Works

Step 1 – Automated Email Notification

You’ll receive an automated email when your device is due for calibration.

• • First reminder – 28 days before expiry
  • Second reminder – 14 days before expiry. The email will include your device serial numbers and options for next steps.

Step 2 – Place Your Order

• • Visit our website to Book Your Calibration – you can also generate a quote at checkout by selecting Generate a Quote instead of entering payment details.

Step 3 – What to Include on Your Purchase Order

To avoid delays, please include the following:

• • Serial numbers of all devices (main and/or sample modules)
  • Contact name and phone number
  • Email address of the responsible person
  • Delivery address for the exchange modules

⚠️ Missing information may delay dispatch of your exchange modules.

Step 4 – Delivery Instructions

Double-check your delivery address and contact details. If you need modules sent to multiple locations, please submit a separate purchase order for each address to ensure accurate delivery.

What Happens Next?

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking details for your delivery.
