Guided Mode
Guided Mode is a new default state of the Druglizer LE5 Drug Tester, designed to assist users in performing drug tests more efficiently. This mode can be enabled or disabled via the user menu and includes additional screens to guide users through the testing process. It complements Alcolizer Technology provided training and is compliant with AS4760:2019 standards. The existing display mode is now referred to as ‘Expert’.
Key Features of Guided Mode
- Pre-Test Step-by-Step Instructions: The device provides clear, step-by-step instructions before conducting a test. Below are examples of some new pre-test instruction screen sections:
- 15 Minute Wait: Ensures the user waits the required time before testing.
- Prompts After Cartridge Insertion: Guides the user on what to do next.
- QR Assist – QR Codes: Some common status items now have a QR code. Scanning the QR code with a camera directs the user to Alcolizer’s help page for further information and troubleshooting.
Other Feature Additions
- Improved Language Toggle: The Druglizer LE5 now supports up to 5 languages. The chosen language can be set in the device configuration and will remain in place once selected.
- Test Connection Button: Located in the AlcoCONNECT™ menu, this button tests if the currently paired Bluetooth serial device is connected.
- “Waiting…” State: Drug groups will now display “Waiting…” until activity is detected on the site, making it easier to identify if a site is moving towards “Insufficient Saliva”.
