How We Streamline the Process

• Customers receive an email notification ahead of calibration due dates
• Includes an online booking form and payment details
• A new module is issued immediately after the booking is received, along with a return postage bag
• Simply return the expired module after swapping onsite for calibration.
• Please note, unreturned modules incur a restocking fee as per our terms and conditions

How Calibration Works Without Sending the Instrument?

Only the alcohol sensor requires calibration – not the entire instrument.
Thanks to our advanced modular design, calibration is performed by swapping the sensor module, allowing the instrument to stay on-site and operational.
